Challenge/Build/Grow

To further its mission and NAHB's mission , the National Housing Endowment has created the Challenge/Build/Grow Grant Initiative for NAHB's affiliated state and local associations. Working with organizations within the NAHB federation, the National Housing Endowment can provide up to $5,000 in matching challenge grant funds for programs and projects in NAHB's highest priority areas of Education, Land Use and Labor Shortage/Worker Training.

Through these grants, the National Housing Endowment "challenges" the building industry to help build and grow new partnerships and opportunities at the state and local level. Since the program started in 2001, over $165,000 has been awarded to state and local associations across the country.
